The Lion Creek Crossings Phase V Grand Opening

Lion Creek Phase V is a 128-unit senior tax credit project that is a part of the larger Lion Creek Crossings project, a revitalization of the Coliseum Gardens public housing development located in Central East Oakland undertaken by the Oakland Housing Authority, East Bay Asian Local Development Corporation and the Related Companies of California. During the past 12 years, Goldfarb & Lipman has represented the Housing Authority on all phases of this project, including five completed onsite phases and an offsite phase known as Foothill Family Apartments. The total multi-phased project consists of approximately 567 affordable rental units, including 157 onsite and 21 offsite public housing units, and approximately 15,000 square feet of community and commercial space.
