Mostly recently, Becky served as General Counsel and Senior Vice President at BRIDGE Housing Corporation, a major nonprofit housing developer.
Ms. Hlebasko has over 35 years of experience in affordable housing and real estate transactions. She has represented nonprofit and for-profit affordable housing and commercial developers and owners. She previously worked at large commercial law firms representing governmental agencies and lenders in financing transactions, as well as developers and owners in a broad spectrum of real estate transactions. Ms. Hlebasko’s practice includes special entity formation, joint venture and partnership agreements, real property acquisitions and sales, disposition and development agreements, construction and design consultant contracts, long-term ground leases, regulatory agreements, and debt and equity financing. Her real estate finance practice has included tax-exempt bond financing, governmental agency financing and conventional financing, together with equity financing. Ms. Hlebasko also has extensive office and retail leasing experience.

Ms. Hlebasko holds a B.S. degree, Summa Cum Laude, from Fordham University and a J.D. degree from Yale University. She is a member of the State Bar of California and is also a member of Lambda Alpha International, Golden Gate Chapter.
