Melissa H. Keyes has over 15 years of experience representing clients in a wide array of complex civil disputes, from intellectual property to mass tort, government transparency to product liability. As a member of Goldfarb & Lipman’s Litigation Team, she serves public agencies, nonprofit and for-profit entities, helping them to navigate their affordable housing, land use, real estate, and other civil disputes.

Prior to joining to the firm, Ms. Keyes ran her own law firm whose successes include securing settlements worth several million dollars for California wildfire victims in their mass tort claims against PG&E. She is also an alumna of several Am Law 100 firms, where she represented tech companies in patent, trade secret, and other commercial disputes and provided strategic guidance on mergers and acquisitions.
