Matt Heaton practices in the areas of affordable housing development, commercial and real estate transactions, and public finance.

Mr. Heaton represents public agencies and nonprofit developers and has experience with all phases of the real estate development process, including the negotiation and drafting of loan agreements, disposition and development agreements, construction contracts, leases, and related ancillary documents. His practice includes advising clients on matters relating to entity formation and governance. Mr. Heaton also supports his clients by providing guidance relating to legislative and regulatory updates in his areas of practice.
