As part of the 2017 Novogradac New Markets Tax Credit Conference, Goldfarb & Lipman attorney Luis Rodriguez will participate in a panel discussion on “Target Populations” on Thursday, January 26, from 4:00 to 5:00 p.m.
While targeted population transactions may contain more compliance considerations, they are a critical tool that can allow impactful projects access to NMTC financing. Hear best practices on how to qualify a targeted population’s transaction as well as how to monitor that the project continues to satisfy the target population requirements.
