Ms. Schmidt facilitates the closings of real estate transactions, particularly affordable housing developments and tax credit syndication projects.   She works closely with numerous parties throughout the life of the transaction, from assisting with the development of an organizational structure to coordinating title and escrow requirements, and ultimately ushering the parties along the winding road to closing.
