Explore the process and learn the steps for preserving the estimated 1.5 million Low Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC) properties reaching Year 15 by 2024 as they become eligible for market-rate conversions. Without action, valuable rental properties are at risk if they are re-positioned as market-rate housing, which will only exacerbate the current housing crisis. This workshop is designed for members of the affordable housing community to educate one another and help drive the future re-syndication of LIHTC properties and affordability.
