Ms. Lucero practices in affordable housing development, land use regulation, and real estate transactions.
She represents developers and public agencies in all aspects of the real estate development process including the negotiation and drafting of loan documents, regulatory agreements, purchase and sale agreements, ground leases, and development agreements. Ms. Lucero has experience obtaining environmental review and land use approvals for real estate developments and utilizing federal, state, and local financing programs.
