Erin Lapeyrolerie

Ms. Lapeyrolerie’s practice emphasizes affordable housing, land use, cooperative law, and real estate transactions.  She represents numerous public agencies and nonprofit housing developers in all aspects of affordable housing projects, including the development, financing, management of affordable housing projects and programs, and compliance with federal and state fair housing laws.  She further assists public agencies in complying with planning and zoning laws.  Ms. Lapeyrolerie advises housing cooperative corporations on compliance with the Davis-Stirling Act, the Corporations Code, and other laws and regulations impacting cooperatives.
