What:  Real Estate Law 101: What Planners Should Know!
It’s all too common that a title or real estate issue that requires a fairly simple solution slows down, or even stalls, a project because of the time it takes to fully understand the issue, and most planning law courses teach only land use cases, as opposed to fundamentals of real estate and property law. By increasing their knowledge base in the world of real estate law, planners can better arm themselves to navigate these issues as they arise, which will increase efficiency and equity in the planning process.  For more information, click here: NPC24.
