Ms. Cacao Morton practices in the areas of affordable housing and real estate transactions, community economic development, tax credits and syndication.
She represents developers and public agencies in all aspects of the real estate development transaction including, entity formation, the negotiation and drafting of loan documents, regulatory agreements, purchase and sale agreements, ground leases, and development agreements. Ms. Cacao Morton also assists with the firm’s litigation practice, as necessary.
