Jocelyn Portales

Jocelyn Portales assists clients with a range of issues relating to real estate transactions.  She practices in the areas of affordable housing, municipal law, land use, tax exempt entity law, and environmental law.  Ms. Portales represents numerous public agencies and nonprofit housing developers in all aspects of affordable housing projects, including the development, financing, and management of affordable housing projects and programs.
