What: “Master Class” Part II: Vision to Reality. The focus of this session is on how to move from the initial vision of a housing development towards reality. We will learn best practices for how to work with developers and the key to selecting a developer partner. We’ll explore the entitlements process and how to prepare for working with the planning department.
