Entitlement Support

Goldfarb and Lipman has supported projects throughout the entitlement process (including environmental review and various land use entitlements).  We have negotiated and prepared statutory development agreements and have assisted with a wide range of mixed-use developments, often including vertical subdivisions and planned unit development zoning.  For affordable housing developments, we have often utilized the Housing Accountability Act, which prevents arbitrary denials of affordable housing, and are familiar with the many other provisions of California planning and zoning law that provide additional protections to affordable housing.
