Marc Bentzen

Marc Bentzen’s practice encompasses a range of real estate, land use, and governmental law, with an emphasis on representing public agencies, developers, and nonprofits in civil litigation.

Mr. Bentzen represents clients in all phases of the litigation process, including pre-litigation negotiation and dispute resolution, pleading, electronic discovery, motion practice, and trials and writ of mandate hearings.  Mr. Bentzen also handles mediations and arbitrations.
