Connor Kratz practices in affordable housing development, tax planning, land use regulation, and real estate transactions.
Mr. Kratz represents developers and public agencies in all aspects of the real estate development process including the negotiation and drafting of loan documents, regulatory agreements, purchase and sale agreements, ground leases, construction contracts, and service agreements. He has experience obtaining land use approvals for real estate developments and utilizing funding from tax-exempt bonds, tax credit syndications, state and local financing programs, and HUD and USDA programs. In addition, he advises clients on matters pertaining to corporate formation and governance, and federal and state tax issues.
