Goldfarb & Lipman is pleased to announce that the Continuing Education of the Bar has published the 2014 edition of the California Municipal Law Handbook. Several G&L lawyers contributed to the 2014 edition, including Barbara Kautz, who served as a member of the editorial board with responsibility for editing Chapter 8 on Public Property. Karen Tiedemann, Vincent Brown, Xochitl Carrion, Elizabeth Klueck, and Caroline Nasella also served as reviewers. The Municipal Law Handbook is intended to serve as a “source of first resort” for city attorneys and is updated each year by an editorial board of municipal attorneys appointed by the President of the League of California Cities’ City Attorneys department. Copies can be ordered from the Continuing Education of the Bar here.
