NONPROFIT ENTITIES

Our attorneys provide a full spectrum of services to our nonprofit and tax-exempt clients. From counseling a group of individuals on determining whether to form a new nonprofit organization, to assisting large, well-established charities implement and maintain, a corporate structure encompassing numerous affiliates, subsidiaries, and joint-ventures, our attorneys have successfully assisted our nonprofit and tax-exempt clients meet their objectives.

Given our broad range of nonprofit and tax-exempt clients, as well as our knowledge and expertise of the unique laws that govern these organizations, we are able to assist our clients at all stages of the organization’s life. We have formed hundreds of nonprofit and tax-exempt organizations, and we continue to provide necessary services as these organizations have expanded to meet the ever-increasing demand for their services.
